Manufacturing Facility
In 2005, AAW Engineering moved into a new purpose-built facility in northern Melbourne.
This new location is close to major roads, train lines and air transport
allowing for easy access and dispatch.
We use the latest technology, with state-of-the-art fabrication equipment regularly purchased. This improves productivity as well as the quality of
the end product. One of our most recent purchases is a 3.6m x 125 MT computer-controlled brake press, which provides the highest level of precision for bending and pressing metal products. Our in-house quality control procedures are based around Australian Standards and guarantee each item is manufactured to the specifications prior to delivery.
Workplace safety is a priority, so our factory is equipped with a 5T overhead crane that is designed to transport material safely across the factory floor, protecting products and staff. We also use Advanced Safety Systems Australia programs to monitor and provide best practice OHS and environmental compliance.
